Nick Edwards is an experienced commercial real estate agent with a demonstrated history across sales, leasing and asset management. He graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Business (Property) in 2017 and specialises in leasing and sales across retail, office, industrial and medical assets. Nick has been recognised as a finalist for Top Commercial Leasing Agent SA at the REA Awards in both 2021 and 2022 and achieved MRICS accreditation with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2025.

Approaching six years with Collins Bateman, Nick became a partner of the firm in 2024. He is known for being honest, direct and easy to deal with, taking a practical, results-driven approach while delivering clear advice and strong outcomes for his clients.
