We’re growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Residential & Apartment Asset Manager to join the Collins Bateman team.

About the opportunity
This is an opportunity for an experienced property professional who enjoys building relationships, taking ownership and identifying opportunities for growth.
You’ll manage a portfolio of residential and apartment properties, working closely with landlords, tenants and contractors to protect and enhance asset performance.
Beyond the day-to-day management of properties, you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to business development, strengthen existing client relationships and help grow our asset management portfolio.
For someone looking to broaden their experience, there’s also the potential to develop their knowledge across other property asset classes within our business.
What you’ll be doing
Manage residential and apartment assets, delivering a high standard of service to landlords and tenants.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support portfolio growth.
Conduct regular property inspections, identifying maintenance requirements and opportunities to improve asset performance.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance with landlords, tenants and contractors.
Monitor rental arrears and manage financial performance in line with client expectations.
Provide proactive advice and recommendations to property owners.
Collaborate with our wider asset management, sales and leasing teams.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, personable and commercially minded, with the confidence to manage their own responsibilities while contributing to a collaborative team.
Ideally, you’ll have:
A current and valid Agent’s Representative Licence or Certificate of Registration (essential).
Demonstrated experience in residential or apartment property management.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
The initiative and confidence to work autonomously.
A client-focused approach with a genuine interest in delivering positive outcomes.
An appetite for business development and identifying new opportunities.
