Kaleb Rhodes has developed a strong foundation in commercial property over the past three years, with a primary focus on agency, leasing and sales. He has worked across retail, office and industrial assets, contributing to leasing campaigns, tenant negotiations, transactional coordination and marketing strategies, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the full leasing and sales process from initial enquiry through to execution.

Kaleb also brings practical experience in asset and property management, with hands-on knowledge of lease administration, rent reviews, outgoings reconciliations, renewals and landlord and tenant liaison, providing him with a commercially grounded perspective on how assets perform and what drives value.

He is currently completing a Bachelor of Property and Real Estate at Deakin University, complementing his practical experience with a strong academic grounding in property, finance and investment.
