He is recognised for delivering clear, commercially focused outcomes across management, leasing and sales, with a strong emphasis on asset performance, risk management and long-term value creation. 

Stephen is known for his practical, common-sense approach and direct involvement at director level on key transactions. Notable experience includes acting on behalf of Peet Limited on the corner of Folland Avenue and Fosters Road, Lightsview, where he was involved in the sale strategy, retention of the site and subsequent pre-commitment development leasing for what is now a major neighbourhood shopping centre. This reflects Stephen’s ability to identify future value, structure complex transactions and deliver results across the full lifecycle of an asset.
